The Romantasy Book Faire 2026 – Presented by Book Dragon Publishing LLC
Step into a world of romance, fantasy, and imagination at the Romantasy Book Faire 2026 — a celebration of indie authors, immersive stories, and the readers who bring them to life. This magical two-day event will only be possible with your ticket purchase. Proceeds from ticket sales will fund the faire, and any remaining funds will go directly to Book Dragon Publishing LLC to continue supporting authors and publishing projects. (The event is hosted by Etcetera Media Entertainment LLC, but funds will not remain with them.)

Your ticket grants you access to:

• Vendor Hall – Open both days, featuring indie authors, retailers, and unique merchandise.
• Content Creation Room – A space for photos, videos, and creative social media moments.
• Panel Room – Engaging discussions and Q&As with authors and industry guests.
• Reading Lounge – Relax and enjoy selections from your favorite books.
• Narration Room (pending) – Live readings of indie works by talented narrators.

Special events include the Indie Author Awards Ceremony on Night 1, where winners—chosen by the readers—will be celebrated, and the enchanting Romantasy Ball on Night 2. Please note: ball tickets are sold separately and are not included with general admission.

For authors, retailers, and vendors, a flat table reservation fee includes a table with setup for two people and a sign, plus shipping of books or merchandise to and from the storage location prior to the event. Table pricing is the same for all spots in the vendor hall.

Theme: Romantasy — open to ages 13+ only. No sexual or nude content allowed.
Hotel and flight packages are not currently offered, but may be arranged if there is enough demand.
